Project controls and reporting
Every project.
One picture.
Schedules, costs, risks and assets arrive from a dozen systems. Kitebridge pulls them into one place and shows you where the programme really stands.
02 · Schedule
See the schedule, not the file.
P6 exports land as a live Gantt. The critical path is lit, remaining work is drawn lighter than work done, and the data date sits where it belongs.
03 · Measure
Measure what was earned.
Planned value and earned value, month by month, from the same load as the schedule. The gap between the two columns is the slippage, and SPI and CPI agree on every page.
04 · Report
Report without rebuilding.
Dashboards, wall screens and print packs read from that one load. The gauges, the risk matrix and the monthly variance refresh themselves, so nobody pastes numbers into slides again.
05 · Decide
One version of the truth.
When every figure comes from one place, the progress meeting stops arguing about the numbers and talks about what to do next. The amber cells are the exceptions worth your time.
06 · Take flight
See the whole programme from above.
A red kite reads the whole landscape from the air and still spots the one thing that moved below. That is the view Kitebridge gives a project team.
